A Gentle yoga class with emphasis on healthy alignment, increasing flexibility, building strength, and developing meditation. The goals and abilities of each student will be acknowledged in order that there will be something for everyone to use and benefit from.

Therapeutic Pilates

This 60-minute mat class is designed for those prone to or struggling with injuries. With a weekly rotating topic ranging from back pain to osteoporosis, this class will provide you a wealth of knowledge, including specific modifications to accompany each topic, as well as a safe, invigorating workout.
