With a physician’s prescription, Healthcore accepts Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare. Please contact Healthcore for the most up-to-date information about currently accepted plans.
HCS will accept other insurance as an “out of network” provider and has self-pay options.
HCS will file and bill insurance claims. Clients are responsible for deductibles, co-insurance and additional charges not covered by their insurance. Co-pays are expected at the time of service.
Connecticut is a Direct Access state but client’s insurance may not cover without a Physician’s referral.
It is a client’s responsibility to understand their insurance benefits and limitations.
