Cancer Rehabilitation
With nearly 12 million cancer survivors in the United States, there is a growing need for cancer rehabilitation and wellness services to help patients overcome adverse effects arising from cancer and its treatment. Wendy Farnen Price has extensive experience in cancer rehabilitation. Wendy is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) receiving her complete decongestive therapy training from the Norton School at Memorial Sloane Kettering. She is a member of the APTA Board of Directors, Oncology Section and is STAR (Survivorship, Training and Rehab) Clinician Certified. She has worked with Oncology Rehab Partners (ORP) and has given numerous speeches and lectures about cancer survivorship issues. Recently, Wendy presented at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a Harvard teaching hospital and one of the best cancer centers in the world.
